ELEVATOR PITCH

I help Highly Sensitive and/or Neurodivergent individuals, romantic partners, and parent-child dyads understand, heal from, and  navigate anxiety, grief, strengths and struggles related to various sensitivities, and so much more. I specialize in the combination of late-recognized Autism and ADHD. 

I provide psychotherapy and consultations for Highly Sensitive and Autistic people to determine individual needs and make sustainable lifestyle shifts.

I do this work from a culturally humble,  weight- and size-inclusive lens as well as intentionally avoiding Western society's traps of restriction and perfectionism. My life's purpose is to reconnect people in pain to their innate goodness and highest, most resourceful Self.
